Modern Slavery Statement 2024/25
This statement is made on behalf of Bluapple Properties Ltd (“Bluapple”) in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 31 April 2025. It sets out the steps Bluapple has taken to assess and address the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.
Our Business
Bluapple Properties Ltd is a UK-registered private limited company providing residential and commercial property services, including sales, lettings, management, and advisory functions. We operate nationally, working with partners and suppliers across the UK to deliver high-quality, ethical, and transparent property services.
Our Commitment
Bluapple is committed to conducting business responsibly and ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our operations or supply chains. We expect the same high standards from all our suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
Our Policies and Governance
To uphold our commitments, Bluapple maintains and regularly reviews the following policies and procedures:
-
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
-
Responsible Procurement Policy
-
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
-
Whistleblowing Policy
These policies set clear expectations for ethical behaviour and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act. All staff, suppliers, and contractors are made aware of these standards during onboarding and contract renewal.
Risk Assessment
Given the nature of our business, the overall risk of modern slavery in our direct operations is assessed as low. However, we recognise potential risks in certain contracted services—such as cleaning, maintenance or security—and apply enhanced scrutiny to these areas.

-
Conducted internal awareness training on ethical supply chain management.
In the year ahead, Bluapple will:
